Over the past year, the legal battle has fuzzied the details of the $4.6 billion dollar contract for providing language services to the US Army. In case you had not heard, L-3 Communications (NYSE:LLL) (Titan) did indeed lose the contract, then almost win it back and then lose it again. The name of the winner is Global Linguist Solutions (GLS), which is a joint venture between two Washington insiders: DynCorp International (NYSE: DCP) and McNeil Technologies. GLS is now making a point in a press release that this contract is sticking, and they have now won the contract for a 3rd time.
